I have 8 machines that I would like to share a T1 1.5mbps connection with. Can the following work?
– 4 Port VPN DSL/Cable Router
– 16 Port Switch
DSL modem is plugged into router. One of the built in ports is plugged into port 1 of the switch. The 8 machines are plugged into the switch with room to add more machines later. I’d like to do this as a basic setup for sharing Internet among wired machines, possibly do file sharing.
