Im having real trouble finding an update for this networking card. I searched Google and theres a version 50, then a version 60, then 65, and 68. so far 68 looks the latest, but i think its for XP. Is 65 latest for vista?
i can’t use device manager, my internet isn’t working, so i can’t search. I using my brothers computer.

I can access the other computers from this vista laptop but not from my Windows XP Machines
Also my network is set to private and is at the right workgroup.

Network discovery is switched on, firewall is allowing file sharing

Also when I go to sharing and discovery, it only has stuff about Discovery.

I also right clicked C: to see if there is a share tab on the properties it seems its not there.

The XP machines see the vista machine and share files with eachother but not with the Vista machine. The Vista machine doesn’t see either of the XP machines. I have two XP machines and two Vista machines. I cannot get to my shared drives and printer on one of the Vista machines from the XP machines. I keep getting a message that says I do not have permission. I have enabled everything that is in the network center. I have disabled windows firewall on both computers. I am getting real close to changing the Vista machines to XP, but I guess I am just too stubborn to give up yet. I would appreciate any help that I could get with this one.

Hi there, I have a 10 year old computer running Windows 95 that has some old valuable files on it. I’d like to copy it off onto my current Windows Vista 32-bit laptop. I tried just connecting a router to both, but am not able to see each other in My Network. Does anyone know if I need to use specific network settings to be able to have a Win95 and WinVista machine talk to each other? Thank you very much!!!

map but I cant click on it. Computers CAN ping but I cant map the drives by IP or comp name. I have enabled sharing, set network to private, turned on and off firewalls etc. The error I get on Vista is __IP_ is not set to establish a connection on port file and sharing (SMB)
